ABOUT THE CAMPUS-  When it comes to reviewing something about the campus one cannot just skip away without praising the beauty of the campus. The campus is full of natural beauties and hills around the campus adds more spice to it. Around 600 acre of land is simply enough to take the university to a different level.

Administration- Though it will not be fair enough to comment something about the administration in just a day’s visit but wat I observed was that the administration is in a very well structured manner , all the rooms, office conference hall etc are in a very proper manner. Which leaves a very positive image about the organization

Hospitality-  The best impression  about any organization lies in its hospitality and in that case I would rate full mark for USTM, every visitors are provided vehicle to see the campus, guest are being treated properly and food And drink are being  provided in time.

Overall observation- There is more then 25 department in the university  which is divided into 6 blocks, three are three canteen and one big canteen is under construction , two boys hostel and one girls hostel is also within the campus and there is a very . number of students in each department is less as compared to other universities but with passage of time the is every scope of improvement as far my observation.

Suggestion for USTM- 
·         Canteens are Hub of any institution and improving the infrastructure and inclusion of varieties of branded  outlet/ canteen will lead to food culture in the university

·         Proper care should be taken to increase the number of hostel

·         University should not destroy its natural beauty for the course of development and improvement.

Chaos, Coach and Cricket

They call cricket a gentlemen’s game, ever since I started watching cricket I was forced to believe so, I have observed gentlemen from many countries and was shocked to see how they defined the term. Born and brought up in England, this game is now played in over 20 countries and out of them 12 countries is honored with the status of playing Test cricket which happens to be the most prestigious format of the game. It is said that 11 players a side is mandatory to play the game but recently my observation says that not only 11 players but also the support staff and coaches are as valuable as the players are, it is not a new concept though, we all are aware of the fact that every team has their own set of support staff in every department like batting , bowling, fielding and also a special team is dedicated to look after the players fitness, but never in my imagination I could think that those departments will be manipulated by a set of lobbyist or in a cruel sense I can call them...

Assam Cricket’s First International Tour.

Assam Cricket Team is all set to travel to Sri Lanka for their first ever International tour. Team Assam will be travelling on 22 nd of August, 2018 to play against a few teams of Sri Lanka. The 17 days long tour will have 4 One Day Matches and 4 Two day matches. The Captain of the one day team will be Sivsankar Roy and the Two days matches will be lead by Amit Sinha. Former Assam Cricketer Syed Zakaria Zuffri who is also the present head coach of the team said, “Before the start of the domestic seasons it’s good to play few practice matches. And if the opponent is tough, nothing like it.
