Should MS Dhoni play till 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup ?

What Mahi achieved till now is known to all by now, he doesn’t even need any introduction either. As a Captain, Batsman, Wicket keeper and a finishers he will always remain in the top of the list in the book of Indian Cricketing History.
But there are still something which he is yet to achieve in cricket and for that he need to continue playing till 2019 world cup in England.

· He is yet to score a overseas century, moreover he is the only Indian captain who didn’t score century in any world cup matches
· He is by far India’s best wicket-keeping batsmen for the next couple of years. Moreover, as a ‘keeper, with years and years of experience behind him, he will be in the best position to guide bowlers and advice the skipper on key issues during a match.
· He is still one of the most dangerous limited over batsmen in the world. Team India needs a him in the middle order with the ability to rotate the strike, run sharp singles and to launch into an assault in the end over.
· There’s no substitute for experience, especially at an event like the World Cup. Dhoni has been there, done that! He has won a World Cup for India.
· Dhoni’s presence in the team is a huge psychological advantage.

Dhoni can now even play his natural game without any pressure and burden of captaincy and oppositions knows him very well and will be aware of the fact that old horses are far better then new donkeys. So, MSD will surely eye one more world cup and then he can happily step down from the gentlemen’s game .
